Role description
Primary Skills: Data Analysis, A/B Testing, SQL, Databricks, Customer Journey Analytics/Adobe Analytics.
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid role 3 days onsite required. Candidates must be local to the San Jose or San Francisco offices.) - Local candidates only.

β’ Duties:
β’ Drive analytics to unlock growth and monetization opportunities and hypothesis tests (A/B testing) through analyzing results and communicating insights and recommendations.
β’ Partner with cross-functional/cross-regional team including growth managers, product manager, GTM, finance, and engineers to understand monetization opportunities, product/customer behavior and features, and use insights generated to make recommendations to improve customer experience and drive monetization.
β’ Be a specialist of stitching and calibrating sparse and noisy data across various data sources.
β’ Support regular ad-hoc data and analysis needs to better understand customer behavior, end-to-end customer journey, and monetization path.
β’ Define metrics/reporting frameworks and design and implement reporting dashboards and track Key Performance Indicators and provide useful insights
Required Skills:
β’ 5 - 7 YOE
β’ Expertise in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and A/B test analytics
β’ Expertise in working with large data sets using SQL
β’ Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability
β’ Ability to synthesize large scale data sets to generate a clear story and impactful insights to senior/cross-functional stakeholders
β’ Excellent oral and written communication skills
β’ Ability to work with stakeholders across different timezone
β’ Hands-on coding experience with at least one programming language (Python/R)
β’ Hands-on experience working with Cloud Platform e.g. Databricks. Ability to build and run data pipelines in Cloud
β’ Experience in developing sophisticated reports/dashboards using Tableau & Power BI
β’ Good attention to detail and ability to stitch and QA multiple data sources
β’ Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics experience is a plus
