Job Title: Operations Spec
Duration: 09/22/2025 to 09/18/2026
Location: Des Peres, MO 63131
Pay Rate: $32.00 - $34.61
As an Operations Specialist, your role is to oversee and optimize day-to-day operational processes within an organization, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and smooth workflow across various departments.
Responsibilities:
• Supplier Clean-Up risk mitigation: The supplier clean-up work will be labor-intensive. Bringing in resources now to get them trained up will mitigate risk in the timeline
• Resource Constraints – The team has a few key resources that may be limited in their capacity to support the work as they deal with personal issues
• Continuity for Go-Live: Once Coupa goes live, there will be a heavy lift on the intake of Paybills vendors that will now be funneling through Coupa, as well as any share vendors that were not initially integrated during implementation. This will require manual data input and reviews of supplier adds and subsequent changes.
• From a technical perspective, the role will be supporting activities related to vendor master data management, including Data Gathering and validation, Data cleansing and standardization, Data Governance, Data matching and deduplication
