We are looking for a results-driven Data Analyst with expertise in marketing measurement, attribution modeling, and data analysis across retail media and data clean room environments. This role requires hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), campaign analytics, and working with key tools for marketing measurement.
As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to evaluate campaign performance, build attribution models, and deliver actionable insights to optimize media investments and audience strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and optimize retail media campaigns across platforms like Criteo, The Trade Desk, Amazon Ads, and Meta (Facebook).
• Leverage data clean rooms such as LiveRamp Safe Haven, Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), Meta’s Clean Room, and Google Analytics Hub to derive audience-level and campaign-level insights.
• Develop and implement attribution models, incrementality tests, and measurement frameworks to assess campaign effectiveness and inform budget decisions.
• Use GCP tools (especially BigQuery, Looker, and Cloud Storage) for data querying, transformation, and visualization.
• Design and deliver actionable dashboards, reports, and presentations for marketing, media, and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with media planners, marketers, and technical teams to ensure insights drive campaign optimizations.
• Maintain compliance with data privacy standards, including GDPR, CCPA, and clean room protocols.
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or media measurement, preferably in retail, CPG, or e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform tools, especially BigQuery and Looker.
• Proven experience working with multiple data clean rooms (e.g., LiveRamp, AMC, Meta Clean Room, etc.).
• Familiarity with campaign data and audience segmentation from platforms like The Trade Desk and Criteo.
• Strong SQL skills; experience with Python or R for analytics is a plus.
• Solid understanding of marketing KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and attribution methodologies (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch).
• Ability to translate complex technical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for business and marketing teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, or e-commerce marketing analytics.
• Knowledge of media mix modeling, experimental design, and campaign lift studies.
• Familiarity with privacy-first analytics and secure data environments.
