Required Education/Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or project support role. • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. • Experience with Planview or similar project portfolio management tools. • Familiarity with SharePoint administration and workflow migration. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Fluent in written and spoken English. Required Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience in data visualization and storytelling with Power BI. • Understanding of project management principles and tools. • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality. • Technically curious and eager to learn new tools and technologies. Desired Skills: • Experience with Planview configuration and reporting. • Knowledge of data governance and master data management concepts. • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. • Experience working in a manufacturing or operations environment. • Exposure to ETL processes, data modeling, or cloud-based data platforms.
