Job: Data Analyst or Process Manager with data background NEED LOCAL CANDIDATES • Experience Requirements • SQL, Python, Databricks • Process Management • Data Management/ecosystems background Execute data governance processes and controls using various tools including, SQL, Python, Data Bricks, Enterprise Dashboards, etc Review control evidence for completeness and accuracy Generate documentation of existing processes Proactively manage change control and communicate the impact to stakeholders. Create and deliver job aids Apply leadership skills, including communication and change management, to help drive successful implementation and adoption of processes and standards Work with cross-functional teams such as data, tech, risk, compliance, legal, and training to create effective solutions and manage issue remediation Preferred Qualifications: Experience with process management and process improvements Experience with SQL, Python is a + Skillset: • Candidate should have experience with process, data, and risk management.Should be able to work independently, have solid communication skills, and be familiar with data concepts and have a baseline knowledge of SQL or other querying language.
