Data Analyst

Job Description: Need to have Strategic Workforce Planning experience, Strong analytical and data visualization skills, experience creating workforce models Essential: Experience in strategic workforce planning, workforce analytics, business analytics or workforce optimisation in a complex organisation. Strong analytical capability, including advanced Excel skills and experience translating data into insight and decisions. Strong data visualisation background create clear, compelling dashboards and narratives that support senior decision‑making and workforce strategy. Experience developing workforce models, scenarios, or capacity plans. Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly to nontechnical stakeholders. Strong collaboration skills and confidence working with senior leaders and cross functional teams. Desirable: Experience supporting organisations through setup, scaleup, or major transformation. Understanding of public sector, infrastructure, energy, or large scale delivery environments. Experience using Power BI and data visualisation tools to create clear, compelling dashboards. Familiarity with labour market analysis, skills forecasting, or location strategy.
