🚀 We're Hiring: Data & Business Analyst (C2H – 6 Months) 📍 Location: Miami, FL (Onsite) 🏢 Company: Zennsoft Inc. 📄 Contract Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire ⚠️ Work Authorization: USC Zennsoft Inc. is looking for a highly analytical and technically skilled Data & Business Analyst to join our team in Miami, Florida. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about data-driven decision making, automation, and advanced analytics. You will play a key role in analyzing revenue streams, optimizing data processes, and building scalable analytics solutions that support business growth. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Analyze business data and identify trends to support strategic decisions • Work with multiple data sources to collect, validate, and analyze information • Build automated data workflows and analytical solutions using advanced tools • Support revenue management initiatives including pricing, inventory, and forecasting • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business stakeholders • Facilitate meetings and present analytical findings to cross-functional teams • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability across reporting systems • Support onboard revenue categories including Photo, Internet, and other revenue streams 🔹 Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Data Science, or related field • MBA or MS preferred • 2–3 years of financial analysis or business analysis experience or equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 🔹 Technical Skills (Required) Expert-level proficiency in: • SQL • Python • Power BI • VBA • Alteryx Strong working knowledge of: • Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Data analytics and automation techniques 🔹 Preferred Experience • Experience in cruise, casino, hospitality, or related industries • Knowledge of revenue management, inventory, and pricing concepts • Experience with SAS, Essbase, Hyperion • Experience with Database Management / Administration (DBM/DBA) • Familiarity with cloud and on-premise data platforms 🔹 Key Skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions • Experience managing projects and cross-functional collaboration • Ability to work in a global, fast-paced environment • Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills 🌎 Diversity & Inclusion Zennsoft Inc. is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
