β’ Worksite Location: Eagan, MN | Hybrid (In-office 2 days per week)
β’ Compensation: $58.00 $60.00 per hour
β’ Contract Duration: 5 months
What you ll do as a Data Analyst:
β’ Perform data analysis using established standards and methodologies, recommending improvements when applicable
β’ Maintain advanced working knowledge of Epic systems, with a focus on payer-side functionality
β’ Integrate application models into the enterprise model
β’ Conduct tactical task planning and estimating
β’ Assist in defining methodology training requirements
β’ Identify repository object requirements based on IS and customer needs
β’ Define and implement repository procedures and metadata for data administration, database administration, system developers, and business users
β’ Define repository access requirements and strategies, as well as training needs, including curriculum creation or recommendations
β’ Mentor IS staff in data management and modeling
β’ Improve technical knowledge through training, education, and hands-on experience while building business knowledge
What you ll bring to the Data Analyst role:
β’ 5+ years of related professional experience (including work, education, transferable skills, or military service)
β’ Proven experience with Epic Payer Platform (EPP) and related Epic modules
β’ Experience with healthcare data integration
β’ Familiarity with data analysis concepts and data modeling tools
β’ General knowledge of SQL, MVS Job Control Language, and programming
β’ Flexibility to work overtime to resolve problems and meet deadlines
β’ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
β’ High school diploma (or equivalency) and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
β’ Bachelor s degree preferred
