Job Title: Master Data Analyst (Onsite only) North Chicago IL
Duration: 6 Months
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM-4:30 PM
Location: North Chicago, IL 60064
Summary
β’ A Data Clean Up Specialist in Access Control is responsible for identifying, correcting, and streamlining user and system access control data in multiple systems.
β’ The role often requires strong attention to detail, familiarity with access control tools like Active Directory, and a solid understanding of security best practices to maintain data integrity and minimize access risks.
Responsibilities:
β’ Analyze, audit, and clean access control data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
β’ Identify inconsistencies or duplicates and implement efficient solutions for data integrity.
β’ Work with IT/security teams to validate user permissions and remediate outdated or excess access.
β’ Generate reports and dashboards on data clean-up progress and issues.
β’ Auditing access logs.
β’ Alignment of data between multiple systems.
β’ Detecting inconsistencies or outdated entries.
β’ Removing obsolete accounts or permissions.
β’ Ensuring access records are up to date.
β’ Supporting compliance by preparing accurate documentation.
Requirement
β’ Bachelorβs degree in: Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field experience.
β’ 2+ years of experience with data analysis, preferably in access control or IT security environments.
β’ Proficiency with data management tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, or similar).
β’ Experience with access management systems (e.g., Active Directory, Genetec, Lennel, or similar platforms) is a plus.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
