Junior Contracts Data Analyst Client: Sherwin‑Williams Location: Cleveland, Ohio (Onsite – 5 days/week) Structure: 1‑month contract with strong extension potential (2–4+ months) Pay: $24–28/hr (pay dependent on experience) About the Client Sherwin‑Williams is a global leader in paints, coatings, and related products, serving professional, industrial, commercial, and retail customers worldwide. About the Role The Junior Contract Data Analyst will support a short‑term but high‑impact initiative focused on improving visibility into enterprise contract spend. This role is responsible for entering, validating, and organizing historical contract data within ServiceNow to enable accurate annualized spend reporting for leadership and budgeting teams. This is a data‑focused, detail‑oriented role with light investigative work and strong collaboration across procurement and contracts teams. The role offers excellent exposure to enterprise systems, contract workflows, and internal stakeholders, with clear potential for extension based on performance and project needs. Job Description – Duties & Responsibilities Data Entry & Contract Analysis • Enter and organize contract data within ServiceNow, including building annualized expense lines by year • Convert total contract values into accurate annual spend figures • Ensure data integrity by validating totals and identifying discrepancies • Review historical purchasing data in Coupa to capture additional spend tied to contracts • Flag missing or unclear information and work with internal stakeholders to resolve questions Deal Summary Support (Nice‑to‑Have / Extension Work) • Create 1‑page contract deal summaries using a standardized Excel template • Capture key deal attributes such as contract duration, negotiated pricing, savings, and payment terms • Review existing notes and contracts to extract relevant details • Communicate with contract owners when information is incomplete or unavailable • Use tools such as Microsoft Copilot (approved internally) to accelerate summarization where applicable Collaboration & Communication • Work closely with contracts, procurement, and operations teams in a highly collaborative environment • Ask questions proactively to avoid delays and ensure accuracy • Maintain a strong sense of urgency to meet short project timelines Basic Requirements • Strong attention to detail and comfort with data entry‑focused work • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (sorting, organizing data, basic formulas) • Ability to analyze numbers and recognize when values do not align • Clear communication skills and willingness to ask questions • Ability to work onsite in Cleveland, OH, five days per week Preferred Qualifications • Experience with ServiceNow, Coupa, or similar procurement/ERP platforms • Exposure to contracts, purchasing, finance, or operations data • Familiarity with reviewing contractual terms (not required) • Early‑career candidates or recent graduates encouraged to apply Skills • High level of accuracy and organization • Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities • Strong time management and sense of urgency • Comfort working in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment • Willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks About Us: At Brooksource, relationships are the foundation of everything we do.
