About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Analytics Specialist to join our client's growing team and support the execution of their customer engagement strategy through impactful data analytics. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate closely with customer engagement teams to uncover actionable insights, enhance campaign effectiveness, and help shape strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Support customer engagement strategy execution through targeted data analytics.
• Partner with customer engagement teams to inform and refine campaigns.
• Perform customer segmentation and targeting based on performance insights.
• Measure and optimise campaign performance using advanced analytics tools.
• Develop performance reports and dashboards to track engagement outcomes.
• Contribute to the creation of business cases using data-driven insights.
• Manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive coordination and results.
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 5 years of experience in performance analytics, ideally in a cards or financial services environment.
• Proven experience working alongside customer engagement and marketing teams.
• Strong background in campaign measurement, optimisation, and reporting.
• Expertise in customer segmentation and targeting based on data insights.
• Solid knowledge of data modelling solutions and analytical tools.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects.
• A collaborative team player who can support senior stakeholders effectively.
