Data Analyst

Client - Financial Services Title - Product / Data Analyst Location - Wilmington DE (Hybrid ) Type - Contract Pay Range - $35-45/hr DayToDay Responsbilities: • Provide routine and clerical support for the Income Linked Lending Pilot • Audit payment transaction entries and transmissions - detect and correct errors, managing to a 0% error rate • Prepare reports summarizing product enrollment and maintenance rates • Type correspondence and transaction documents • Review invoices in multiple systems for accuracy • Review and reconcile vendor statements • Work with vendors as well as internal OMF team members to resolve issues • Handle stop payment and void check requests • Assist with processing of returned payments • Track errors, summarize findings, and recommend solutions to reduce errors • Other Special Project work as needed Qualifications • Very good experience in using excel functions (pivot tables, vlookups, formulas/data calculations etc.) • Very good experience in querying using SQL (complex joins for pulling data from the database - connecting tables etc.) - They have a snowflake database so basic SQL / python or R would be necessary • Strong analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot issues in payment systems Benefits: The company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, (paid time , paid sick and safe time , hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, paid holidays annually - These all are subject to applicable eligibility).
