Data Analyst

• Responsible for supporting project by collecting, analyzing, and reporting critical data from disparent systems through centralized dashboards with appropriate reporting capabilities. This role is essential in helping project, along with technology owners, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams are able to make data-driven decisions. The Data Analyst will oversee tracking key performance metrics, identify trends, and ensure all data are accurately represented in reporting systems. • 8+ years in data analysis, preferably in technology lifecycle management, asset management, IT governance with clear and accurate dashboards and reporting. • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.), with the ability to generate actionable insights from complex data sets. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders. • Understanding of IT asset management, technology refresh cycles, and KPIs used in technology lifecycle governance. Familiarity with the concepts of evergreen solutions and technology portfolio management is a plus • Data Analytics or Business Intelligence certifications (e.g., Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, etc.) are a plus. • Data Integrity and Accuracy • Collaboration with Cross Functional Teams
