• Design and test human rating and semi-automated evaluation methods for groundbreaking AI models.
• Run in-house studies to measure how well AI-generated images and videos align with human expectations.
• Work hand-in-hand with world-class engineers and researchers to spot model gaps and drive improvements.
• Mine and prepare high-value datasets that will power the next wave of generative AI training.
• Partner with operations teams to scale and audit evaluation protocols across global teams.
