Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support key business operations through data aggregation, cleansing, and analysis. This role will work closely with ERP management processes and provide insights that help drive strategic decision-making across multiple business functions. Key Responsibilities • Perform data aggregation, validation, and cleansing from multiple sources • Analyze data to support ERP management processes and operational initiatives • Develop, monitor, and report on key business performance indicators (KPIs) • Support financial analysis, material tracking, and workflow processes • Monitor end-to-end communication and operational efficiency • Provide analytical support for cross-functional projects, including regulatory and customer reporting • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for business improvements Required Skills & Qualifications • 1–3 years of experience in data analytics or data science • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) • Working knowledge of Oracle and SAP systems (Maximo experience is a plus) • Experience compiling, cleaning, and preparing data from multiple sources • Ability to analyze complex datasets and extract meaningful business insights • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Preferred Experience • Background in warehousing, inventory, or supply chain analytics • Experience working with ERP systems and operational data Education • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field • Engineering or other technical background is a plus EEO Policy: Allied Resources complies with all Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) affirmative action laws and regulations.
