Responsibilities:
• Support the execution of annual and quarterly analytics plans aligned with the organization’s three-year HR strategy and annual action plans.
• Track and analyze key HR performance metrics to generate actionable insights for business leaders and stakeholders.
• Integrate business performance data and market forecasts into workforce planning models to ensure optimal headcount allocation in line with strategic growth priorities.
• Produce recurring reports and dynamic data visualizations, including but not limited to: workforce planning dashboards across business units, succession planning metrics, leadership development reports, talent review data, and workforce trend analyses.
• Provide analytical support for HR initiatives, with a focus on measuring and forecasting the impact of programs related to employee turnover, retention, and key lifecycle metrics.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and cross-functional partners to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Interpret complex datasets and present findings in a clear, compelling visual format to drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Human Resources, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
• Strong PowerPoint capabilities for executive-level reporting and presentations.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools or languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Familiarity with Alteryx or other ETL tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and its application in a business environment.
• Proven ability to translate ad-hoc reporting requests into clear, data-driven insights that support business objectives.
• Experience in a non-HR function is a plus but not required.
