Data Analyst (Consultant)

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables • Gather, clean, and analyze data to uncover insights that inform strategy and decision-making. • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that tell the story behind the numbers. • Partner with business leaders to scope projects, define requirements, and manage deliverables. • Present complex findings in simple, accessible ways that non-technical audiences can act on. • Lead and manage small to mid-sized data projects, balancing multiple priorities and adjusting to evolving client needs. • Collaborate across teams with flexibility, professionalism, and a strong service mindset. About You • Several years of experience in data analysis with strong skills in SQL, Excel, and BI tools. • Proven ability to communicate clearly—making data insights meaningful for diverse audiences. • Experience managing stakeholders, setting expectations, and building trusted relationships. • Project management capability: you know how to plan, prioritize, and deliver in fast-moving environments. • Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable navigating ambiguity with resilience and positivity. • Consulting or project-based work experience preferred. • Bonus: previous experience at Microsoft or a similarly complex, enterprise-scale organization.
