We are currently seeking a full-time, contract Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing data trends and providing insights that will help our users grow their investment knowledge. Responsibilities • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights • Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide relevant analyses • Generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders • Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of various initiatives • Support the marketing team with data analysis related to user engagement and campaign performance • Evaluate and improve existing data collection and analytics processes • Participate in regular meetings to discuss data-driven strategies and initiatives Requirements • 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field • Strong proficiency in SQL and dbt • Expertise with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI • Experience with web analytics tools such as amplitude strongly preferred • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques • Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • A proactive mindset with the ability to work as a thought partner with the data team and stakeholders throughout the organization Contract Details • $50 - $70 / hour based on experience • 3 month contract with the possibility of extension if fit is right Schedule • Core Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 4pm MT) • 40 hours per week within core hours Location • Remote - US Based
