This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for turning data into actionable insights and supporting strategic decision-making processes. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets, helping to drive efficiency and innovation across the organization. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness. Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement. Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key metrics and support business objectives. Assist in the development and implementation of data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality. Support ad hoc analysis requests as needed by management or project leads. Key Skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills to present data-driven insights clearly. Keen attention to detail and high standards of data integrity. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred. Priors experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role is advantageous but not required. A self-starter with a willingness to learn new tools and methodologies.
