Job Summary
This position offers an exciting opportunity to serve as a critical link between raw data and actionable business intelligence. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming complex data sets into meaningful insights that drive organizational decision-making. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage the complete data lifecycle, from initial collection through final reporting, while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity. Working collaboratively across multiple departments, this individual will design and implement sophisticated data solutions, respond to analytical requests, and create reporting frameworks that support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong communication skills to translate data findings into clear, accessible information for stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive data collection, analysis, validation, cleansing, and reporting activities
• Design, code, test, debug, and document ETL processes, SQL queries, and stored procedures
• Extract and analyze data from multiple sources including relational databases, manual files, and external websites
• Respond promptly and accurately to data inquiries from various departments and teams
• Create and publish both regularly scheduled reports and ad hoc analytical deliverables
• Document reporting requirements, processes, and methodologies to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer
• Validate data components to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability
• Maintain and optimize existing data workflows and reporting systems
Skills
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and database querying techniques
• Experience with ETL process design and implementation
• Proficiency with query tools and statistical software packages
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail with commitment to data accuracy
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
