Our client is looking for a Data Analyst to support customer retention across EMEA. This role will play a key part in understanding and improving customer experience, from product onboarding to lifecycle communications.
You'll help them answer the big question - are they working?
What you'll be doing:
β’ Partnering cross-functionally to design, roll out, and measure new customer experiences
β’ Leading A/B tests to measure and optimise customer retention strategies
β’ Defining KPIs and providing insights into what 'success' really looks like
β’ Building dashboards to make insights actionable
What we're looking for:
β’ Strong analytical mindset; not just dashboards but the ability to break down problems logically
β’ A/B testing expertise
β’ Advanced SQL skills (moderate queries, aggregations, data manipulation)
β’ Ability to define, measure and communicate insights clearly
