Role description
Our client is looking for a Data Analyst to support customer retention across EMEA. This role will play a key part in understanding and improving customer experience, from product onboarding to lifecycle communications. You'll help them answer the big question - are they working? What you'll be doing: β€’ Partnering cross-functionally to design, roll out, and measure new customer experiences β€’ Leading A/B tests to measure and optimise customer retention strategies β€’ Defining KPIs and providing insights into what 'success' really looks like β€’ Building dashboards to make insights actionable What we're looking for: β€’ Strong analytical mindset; not just dashboards but the ability to break down problems logically β€’ A/B testing expertise β€’ Advanced SQL skills (moderate queries, aggregations, data manipulation) β€’ Ability to define, measure and communicate insights clearly If you're a data-driven problem solver who thrives on turning metrics into meaningful actions, we'd love to hear from you!
