Salary: $35/hr - $40/hr Why Join Us: Role Responsibilities • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical analysis to support decision-making • Develop and deploy machine learning models where applicable • Create dashboards and reports using BI tools to communicate insights effectively • Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions • Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy and consistency across datasets • Present findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner Qualifications Required • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field • Experience in data analysis, data science, or a similar role • Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R • Advanced SQL skills for data querying and transformation • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker • Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling • Experience working with large datasets and relational databases Preferred • Experience with machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch) • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP • Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline development • Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) • Exposure to A/B testing and experimentation
