Role description
LaSalle Network is hiring a Data Analyst to join our digital marketing team and help us turn numbers into stories. This is a contract role starting ASAP and running through the end of 2025. Based in the U.S. (with a preference for NYC), you’ll dive into marketing data across multiple channels, segment audiences, and deliver insights that directly shape global campaigns. Data Analyst Responsibilities β€’ Segment and deploy 1PD audiences to MarTech platforms β€’ Build and manage Power BI dashboards and visualizations β€’ Analyze CRM performance metrics at a global scale β€’ Support CRM and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) initiatives in late 2025 β€’ Leverage e-commerce data to support 1PD activations β€’ Handle 3–4 ad-hoc data requests weekly β€’ Organize, analyze, and present findings across diverse data sources, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDP, event and e-commerce data, and paid media Data Analyst Requirements: β€’ Strong background in marketing data analysis and visualization β€’ Expertise in Power BI with proven ability to create compelling dashboards β€’ Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and consumer data platforms β€’ Understanding of digital marketing data sources (CRM, paid media, e-commerce, events) β€’ Ability to work independently under tight deadlines β€’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills β€’ Must be U.S.-based; NYC location strongly preferred LaSalle Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer m/f/d/v.
