Data Analyst

Description We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida, on a Contract to permanent basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting AI-driven systems, enhancing predictive models, and collaborating with partners to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in data analysis, statistical modeling, and an interest in AI training workflows. Responsibilities: Manage and optimize AI systems designed to extract structured data. Collaborate on prompt engineering processes to refine and validate AI system performance. Maintain and enhance AI systems that integrate IoT device data to deliver actionable insights. Expand and update Python-based predictive models and statistical analyses as new data becomes available. Partner with clinical teams to design and implement analyses aligned with evolving business needs. Work closely with external AI partners to ensure data strategies align with operational objectives. Translate clinical requirements into data queries and model enhancements. Document processes, findings, and improvements to ensure clear communication with stakeholders. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst role. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proficiency in Python, including libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, and XGBoost. Familiarity with AI systems and prompt engineering workflows is highly desirable. Strong understanding of SQL and data integration tools. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional environments. Experience managing and validating AI outputs in dynamic settings. Knowledge of standard practices for data documentation and data standards. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.
