Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Data Analysis Specialist for a short-term contract to enhance data analysis for critical projects within a leading financial services organisation. This role involves creating impactful dashboards that narrate product performance and customer outcomes, supporting our client's key existing products.
Responsibilities
• Create impactful dashboards in collaboration with project managers and data engineering teams to effectively communicate product performance and customer outcomes.
• Support the establishment of an outcomes framework, demonstrating optimal practices for future dashboard development.
• Focus primarily on the Retirement Planner, Lump Sum Act, and ISA products.
• Identify and propose improvements in the collaboration between data engineering and product teams.
Essential Skills
• Proficient in understanding customer journeys and storytelling through data.
• Background in financial services to efficiently create relevant dashboards.
• Experience in collaborating with data engineers.
• Proficiency in Python, Data Analysis, ETL, Data Warehousing, Azure, Analytics, Reporting, Microsoft Excel, Pipeline, and SQL Server.
