Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to support strategic operations through the analysis, transformation, and visualization of network, service delivery, and operational metrics. This role focuses on building and optimizing Power BI dashboards that provide actionable insights for business owners and technology leaders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Aggregate, transform, and model data from multiple internal databases, Excel imports, and API-based cloud sources.
Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards that track KPIs related to installation, repair, network performance, and service delivery.
Conduct forecasting and ad-hoc analysis to support data-driven operational decisions.
Ensure data quality through cleaning, standardization, and validation processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders across networks and technology teams to identify reporting needs and translate them into efficient BI solutions.
Monitor dashboard performance and optimize Power BI data models for scalability and efficiency.
