Data Analyst (Entry-Level) Remote | Contract | Schedule: 8:30 -5:00PM  M-F | full-time hours | $20–24/hr (DOE) About the Role Our client is hiring an entry-level Data Analyst to provide urgent support with data reporting and presentations. This role is ideal for a recent graduate, accounting administrative assistant, or junior analyst with strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint. You’ll gain valuable professional experience while contributing to meaningful reporting projects under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities • Consolidate and organize data from multiple sources into central Excel files. • Build and update spreadsheets using formulas (SUM, VLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Tables). • Create charts, graphs, and dashboards to visualize data. • Develop polished PowerPoint decks summarizing key insights for leadership. • Assist senior staff in preparing accurate, visually appealing reporting packages. Qualifications • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning). • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint (charting, layouts, formatting). • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to work quickly and accurately. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required with equivalent hands-on experience.
