The ITV Pensions team in Preston is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the ITV Pension Scheme for its members. The team uses their expertise to administer and monitor all aspects of the Scheme.
The role..
We have an excellent opportunity for a Pensions Data Analyst, within our busy Pensions Department, to support the day-to-day delivery of many pension related activities. You’ll be a key member of the team, delivering a wide range of administration and pensions system related processes.
Some of your key day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Work as part of a Project team on a number of data driven pension projects
• Support the Project team and other Departments in the running/processing of business as usual (BAU) activities, the management of data and the production of detailed analysis reports and communications.
• Assist the other teams by following more complex tasks, procedures and processes
• Work with and support subject matter experts (SMEs) in the delivery of new and established processes
• Work on multiple projects or work streams at any given time
• Review, manage and maintain project documentation
• Help produce and develop training guidance and procedures
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Maintain system held standard documents including letters and historical practice manuals.
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
• Strong experience in the use of Excel (using formula) to manipulate, analyse and present data to one or more stakeholders
• Experience in collecting, analysing and interpreting large amounts of data from various sources using various tools and extracting mechanisms
• Experience in following detailed processes whilst identifying inconsistencies in data sets to ensure they are complete, clean, and consistent

• Confident with MS Office software (including Word)
• Capability to juggle multiple project tasks at any given time
• Organised and meticulous in keeping on top of things
• Methodical in following defined process instructions
• Possess an analytical thought process
• The ability to work proactively and within a fast-paced flexible environment is key
• You will embrace change by taking it in stride
• Building strong relationships within the team, department, personnel and stakeholders is extremely important
