Job Opening: AIS Business & Data Analyst Location: Onsite – New York Job Type: Full-Time Eligibility: Only U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, H4 EAD, and L2 visa holders will be considered. About the Role: We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Business & Data Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in Power BI and Tableau. This role involves working onsite in New York, supporting complex data analysis and visualization efforts to drive business insights and strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Visualization Interpret and analyze complex datasets to identify trends and business opportunities. Create insightful dashboards and visual reports to effectively communicate data stories. Develop project dashboards to track progress, KPIs, and key metrics. Design best practice reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and other visualization tools. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with internal teams and business stakeholders to define project scopes and deliverables. Facilitate clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Gather requirements and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders. Documentation & Reporting Maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes, reports, and project outcomes. Prepare and present executive-level reports and project overviews. Planning & Execution Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of large-scale tech implementations. Assist in technical planning and deployment activities for ongoing projects. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau. Proficiency in data mining, reporting, and creating dynamic visualizations. Familiarity with virtualization and PowerShell scripting is a plus. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Solid understanding of business analysis processes and lifecycle.
