Contract Duration: 12 months + extensions/conversion Required Skills & Experience • Strong data analysis skills: Ability to extract, validate, and interpret data to produce accurate metrics (volumes, timeliness, backlogs, exceptions, trends). • Advanced Excel / data tooling proficiency: Experience with pivot tables, formulas (e.g., lookups, conditional logic), data cleansing, and basic automation; comfort working with large datasets from multiple sources. • Understanding of due diligence and AML/KYC processes: Familiarity with customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, risk ratings, reviews, and regulatory timelines to ensure metrics align with operational reality. • Attention to detail and data integrity: Strong quality control mindset to ensure metrics are complete, accurate, and defensible for audits, exams, and senior management reporting. • Process mapping and workflow awareness: Ability to understand end to end due diligence workflows and identify where metrics should be captured, interpreted, and explained. • Reporting and communication skills: Ability to translate raw data into clear, concise summaries, dashboards, and narratives tailored to stakeholders (management, compliance, audit). • Time management and deadline discipline: Proven ability to manage recurring reporting cycles, ad hoc data requests, and regulatory driven deadlines simultaneously. • Problem solving and investigative mindset: Skill in identifying data anomalies, root causes of metric fluctuations, and gaps in reporting logic or source systems. • Stakeholder collaboration: Experience working with due diligence teams, compliance partners, technology, and risk management to clarify requirements and validate metrics. • Documentation and governance awareness: Ability to document metric definitions, methodologies, assumptions, and exceptions to support procedural alignment and regulatory expectations. What You Will Be Doing • Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution and contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables. • Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. • Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. • Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution.
