DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The worker will perform senior-level business analysis for complex, emerging technology projects, with a strong focus on data-related activities such as data modeling, data bridging, root cause analysis of data issues, and data flow documentation. The environment involves technologies such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, SSIS, and exposure to Informatica, MuleSoft, COBOL, Java, Salesforce, .NET, Snowflake, and GoAnywhere. The role is semi-autonomous, with considerable independent judgment, and may involve mentoring or supervising others. Ensures deliverables follow standard business analysis practices and maintain quality. Minimum Requirements: • 8+ years of business analysis experience with strong focus on data modeling, data flow documentation, and project-related documentation. • Expertise in requirements elicitation, technical documentation (use cases, traceability, prototyping), and data modeling. • Strong skills in root cause analysis for system/data bridge issues and documenting remediation. • Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating analysis of business/functional requirements and system design. • Proficient in technical writing, MS Office, Visio, SnagIt, and stakeholder communication. • Skilled in user acceptance testing, training, and support for implementation activities. • Strong knowledge of SQL, MS SQL Server, SSIS, .NET, Oracle, and Azure DevOps. Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with mainframe systems, Informatica, MuleSoft, COBOL, Java, Salesforce, Snowflake, and GoAnywhere. • Experience with process improvement, change leadership, and efficient process design. • Background in the Oil & Gas industry and compliance/enforcement projects. • Strong team collaboration, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
