We are seeking a Data Analyst / Asset Intelligence Officer to join a high-performing property and housing services team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and usability of asset data, supporting strategic decision-making and investment planning.
You will work across teams to manage, analyse and improve property-related data, helping to deliver better outcomes for housing services and residents.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and enhance property and asset data quality, ensuring accuracy and governance standards are met
• Perform data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and quality assurance
• Produce insightful reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decisions
• Manage data workflows including data input, processing, and reporting outputs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
• Support the development of data frameworks, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify inconsistencies, investigate data issues, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure data is audit-ready and aligned with information governance standards
Key Skills and Experiences
• Experience in a data analysis, reporting, or asset intelligence role
• Power BI
• PowerApps
• Dataverse
• Experience working with large datasets and data quality processes
• Experience within housing, property, or public sector environments (or similar) is highly desirable
