We currently have a very exciting opportunity available with our client for a Data Analyst (HR/TA ) .  This will be a remote role but CST/EST time zones are preferred , and will start as a 3 -month contract positio n with the potential to extend for an additional month . Qualifications • Experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence or financial analysis • Experience in providing talent acquisition (or HR) based reporting • Experience with sensitive and confidential people data in a global environment • Demonstrated experience using SQL, Power BI (build and maintain dashboards) and R Studio (or equivalent) • Experience with iCIMS and/or Workday (one or both, understand at a high level) • Experience with sensitive and confidential people data in a global environment • Microsoft Excel experience creating pivot tables, vlookups, and formulas to analyze data • The ability to research, analyze, and make logical decisions within a given timeframe Pay Range • The pay range for this position is $ 51.72 to $ 63.66 per hour .
