Data Analyst Hybrid Dallas TX Insurance Industry Must Have

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to support our sales operations team. The Data Analyst will be responsible to analyze data, create/review mapping document and validate to ensure data quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, data quality check, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. Desire to learn business process of insurance industry are required to be successful. With Integrity’s rapid growth, the duties for this role are continuously expanding with an abundance of growth opportunities. Responsibilities: • Review/create mapping for new structure to align with existing attributes in the system. • Validate data in test environment to identify gaps, discrepancies and variances prior to give approval. • Identify, assess, and document data quality issues and their impact on business operations. • Determine root causes of data discrepancies and recommend long-term solutions. • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing data validation processes and identifying discrepancies. • Effectively communicate data quality issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT and finance to support data-driven decision making. • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes and methodologies. Experience and Skills: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with at least 2 years in an insurance-related field preferred. • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Alteryx, or other programming languages for data analysis. • Power BI and Jira experience is preferred but not required. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Highly motivated problem solver with the ability to think critically. • Self-starter with an innate curiosity and drive to understand data. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Experience working with large datasets and databases. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
