The Enterprise Fraud Response Team is a highly collaborative productive and energizing team whose focus is to identify and resolve several types of eCommerce post purchase fraud. In this role you would have the opportunity to apply your talents for data analytics communication critical and logical thinking in order to resolve customer claims on behalf of the organization.

β’ Currently this role is not contract to hire
β’ Role is open to contract extension following one year

Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:
β’ Retrieve and analyze data in relation to fraud investigations
β’ Reviewing transaction data for potential fraud
β’ Assist with ongoing investigations
Typical Day in the role:
β’ 90 percent heads down work on tasks listed above
How is performance measured in this role?
Through an ability to meet deadlines established by the team.
