Data Analyst I

Job Title: Junior Data Analyst Location: Gregory TX Employment Type: W2 Contract Rate: $28/hr W2 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to support data analysis and reporting initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for importing, cleansing, validating, and analyzing data to help identify insights and support decision-making. This position focuses on improving data quality and generating clear reports using charts, graphs, and tables. The role will receive direction and support from senior team members and is ideal for candidates starting their career in data analytics. Key Responsibilities • Import, cleanse, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. • Generate reports and present data using charts, graphs, and tables. • Support initiatives focused on improving overall data quality. • Assist with documentation and data reporting processes. • Work collaboratively with team members while receiving guidance and support. Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Experience with report generation and basic data analysis. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. • High attention to detail and ability to work with structured datasets. • Ability to follow direction and work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications • Basic understanding of data analysis concepts. • Exposure to data visualization or reporting tools is a plus.
