This position involves developing data solutions using Power BI, Excel, and IBM Business Objects while adhering to stringent FDA and international compliance standards.Key Responsibilities: β€’ Document reporting requirements, design test scripts, and execute validation processes for existing Power BI dashboards. β€’ Develop macros, data extracts, queries, and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and IBM Business Objects to support business decision-making. β€’ Support proactive dashboard development to monitor internal metrics and operational trends. β€’ Deliver ad-hoc, monthly, and quarterly reports and identify automation opportunities to streamline analytics workflows. β€’ Maintain a safe and professional work environment in accordance with company policies and global standards. β€’ Comply with FDA regulations, international standards, and internal procedures related to Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS). β€’ Support corporate initiatives as defined by management. Required Experience: β€’ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technical Field. β€’ 3-5 years of relevant industry experience. β€’ Hands-on validation experience is essential. Nice-to-Have Experience: β€’ Experience with healthcare or regulated industries. β€’ Prior work with Electrophysiology or similar medical domains.
