Data Analyst

What We Do / Project We are a growing Enterprise Architecture function. Our purpose is to take a horizontal view across the enterprise technology landscape to understand and rationalize an application portfolio of over 6,000 applications using ServiceNow APM and LeanIX. Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role • Consolidate, clean, and ingest data from spreadsheets and platform integrations (Collibra, ServiceNow APM/SPM/CMDB) into LeanIX. • Support application-to-infrastructure mapping and dependency analysis for separation initiatives. • Maintain data quality, lineage, and completeness across LeanIX objects. • Extend and manage CMDB-to-LeanIX integration after initial setup. Must Have Skills / Requirements Data analysis experience • 3+ years of experience importing, mapping, and exporting data between enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, LeanIX, Collibra, or Apptio. Familiarity with augmenting data analyst activities with AI • 1+ year of experience leveraging AI to enhance day-to-day activities. ServiceNow schema expertise • Ability to navigate and extract data, creating meaningful views of the technology landscape from ServiceNow APM and CMDB. Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements • Experience working with a modern, business outcome–driven enterprise architecture team. Soft Skills • Strong data analysis background • Awareness of data catalog concepts • Flexibility and ability to learn quickly Technology Requirements • SAP LeanIX exposure • ServiceNow APM/CMDB familiarity (CSDM 4.0) • Excel/ETL tools proficiency • Data integration and mapping skills • Familiarity with AI augmentation for data analysis (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise) Interview Process / Next Steps 1.
