We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Data Analyst for a prominent client of ours. This position is based in North Chicago, IL. Details for the position are as follows: Job Description: • Pay: $46-$49/hour to start • Duration: 6-month assignment with potential for extension based on performance and budget • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Key Responsibilities: • Analyze and interpret large, diverse datasets to develop practical, data-driven solutions for moderately complex business challenges, utilizing modeling techniques and advanced analytics. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and business stakeholders, to support data governance efforts and promote the integration of analytical capabilities and big data concepts. • Translate complex data analyses and models into actionable insights and clear presentations to drive strategic decisions, improve business processes, and support overall growth initiatives. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree (required) • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics (required) • Proficiency in advanced Excel and Power BI (required) • Experience with Salesforce, ScriptsMed, or Five9 (required) • Experience with Patient Assistance Programs (preferred) • Background in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred)
