The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm, currently seeking a Data Analyst II for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Princeton, NJ 08540. Details of the position are as follows: Shift Information: • Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Fully Onsite, W2 Position) • Pay range starts at $45+/hr! • 1-Year contract to start, extension or conversion beyond that is based on performance and budget at that time. Job Description: • Position is primarily responsible for supply chain demand planning and forecasting using Power BI and advanced Excel to analyze product demand and present data insights to management. • Position will also be responsible for building and running statistical forecasting models, creating dashboards in Power BI, and delivering clear, science-focused presentations of potential demand scenarios using pivot tables and other advanced Excel tools. • Position will be in charge of maintaining forecast accuracy reports monthly and supporting ad-hoc requests related to demand analytics, with a strong focus on business analytics rather than IT tasks. Qualifications: • High School Diploma is Required! Bachelor’s degree in a related field (mathematics, statistics, supply chain, business analytics) is Preferred! • 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain demand planning, forecasting, and statistical modeling is Required! • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and modeling are Required! • Strong Power BI/Tableau skills for dashboard creation and data visualization are Required! • Strong presentation skills to management with a focus on translating data into actionable insights are Preferred! • Background in S&OP/IBP processes and supply chain analytics is Preferred!
