Role description
Title: Data Analyst II Location: Princeton, NJ Duration: 12 Month (100% onsite) Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst II to support our forecasting and business analytics initiatives. This role requires strong skills in statistical modeling, data analysis, and reporting, with a focus on delivering insights to support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mathematics or supply chain, and experience working with global teams and senior leadership. You will play a key role in generating monthly reports and ad-hoc analysis using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP, Tableau, and BW. Key Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and distribute monthly reports and dashboards for global teams and leadership. • Utilize statistical modeling and forecasting techniques to support the IBP process. • Analyze and interpret large data sets to identify trends, variances, and performance metrics. • Prepare and present data insights using advanced Excel functions and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP BW). • Create and monitor forecast accuracy reports on a monthly basis. • Support ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as needed. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in a supply chain or planning environment. • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, and SAP BW. • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Experience with S&OP or IBP processes is a plus.
