Duties Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility. Utilize SQL for querying databases and extracting relevant information for analysis. Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize data findings effectively. Implement statistical models using Python or R to enhance predictive analytics capabilities. Automate repetitive tasks through VBA scripting to improve efficiency in data processing. Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics. Skills Strong analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation and business analysis. Proficiency in SQL for database querying and management. Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for statistical analysis. Familiarity with ETL processes for data integration and transformation. Knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles. Ability to automate processes using VBA or similar tools.
