Role description

Payrate: $50.00 - $52.00/Hour

Summary:

The focus of the role is to help with enabling scalable and enterprise grade solutions with data governance and other risk data controls. Availability during US daytime to collect the requirements from the Product team and majority of the time will be based on IST only. Understanding of the different systems and platforms architecture to analyze the data right from the source and provide insights into the data. With Risk, we need to enable data control measures by working with cross-functional teams. Providing weekly updates and availability is a key as it is Risk domain.

Responsibilities:

   • Performs complex data analysis in support of ad-hoc and standing management or customer requests.

   • Develops programs, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data.

   • Uses and supports database applications and analytical tools.

   • Evaluates data quality, applications, and functions.

   • Produces output and maintains operation.

   • Research new data sources and analytical tools.

   • Contributes to new product development and improvement in product delivery and presentation.

   • Develops useful and insightful information from a variety of data sources.

   • Works with management and/or customers to develop and understand product specifications.

   • Communicates regularly and effectively with team members and management and communicates results effectively to management and/or customers.

   • Delivers data products in report/presentation format, or verbally, to management and/or customer specifications and timelines.

   • Points out system or process problems when noticed and engages the team in problem solving.

   • Facilitates satisfactory communication and resolution of problems.

Education / Experience:

   • Bachelor’s degree (Computer science, Information technology, or a similar field.)

   • Minimum 5 years of experience required

Top 3 must-have hard skills:

   • GCP BQ

   • Notebooks

   • Analytical skills

Nice to Have:

   • Knowledge about data engineering, data governance for risk control measures.

Pay Transparency:  The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $50.00 - $52.00 per hour.  Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select.  Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.  Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
