Data Analyst (Hybrid | North Chicago, IL)
The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm partnering with a leading healthcare organization to hire a Data Analyst who will play a key role in advancing data transformation and reporting excellence. This position offers the opportunity to build meaningful analytics solutions that directly support operational decision-making and patient access initiatives.
Location: North Chicago, IL 60064 (Hybrid)
Hybrid Role: Mondays & Fridays are Remote
Pay: $62-68/hour
Duration: 9-month assignment with strong potential for conversion based on performance & budget
What You’ll Be Doing
• Design, automate, and enhance KPI dashboards and reporting tools using Tableau, Excel, and Snowflake, ensuring a reliable “single source of truth.”
• Lead twice-weekly Scrum sessions, keeping analytics projects moving and priorities aligned in a Smart Sheet-driven agile environment.
• Build intuitive self-service dashboards that empower teams to explore data and make confident decisions.
• Partner cross-functionally to strengthen data governance, track program impact, and uncover opportunities for advanced analytics.
• Deliver meaningful insights across application, shipment, and claims analytics — translating complex data into clear executive-ready takeaways.
What Makes You a Great Fit
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, IT, Business, Data Science, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or BI (healthcare or pharma preferred)
• Advanced skills in Tableau and Excel (SQL + Snowflake required)
• Experience running Scrum or agile meetings
• Sharp attention to detail with a passion for data quality
• Strong experience in KPI development, dashboard design, and self-service reporting
