β’ Job Title: Data Analyst III
Duties:
β’ Develop and maintain complex Excel models for forecasting, planning, and analysis.
β’ Automate data processing and reporting tasks using advanced Excel functions and VBA.
β’ Create dynamic dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making processes.
β’ Ability to consume various data sets and build user friendly excel models for business users.
β’ Develop models to support demand forecasting, supply planning (safety stock/buffer calc.), EOL/NPI Planning and Inventory Reporting.
β’ Assist in the creation of S&OP meeting materials, including data analysis.
β’ Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases (GCP).
β’ Integrate SQL data with Excel models and Tableau to ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting.
β’ Assist in the maintenance and improvement of SQL databases to support business needs.
β’ Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various reporting tools and platforms.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and build excel models that can support the business.
β’ Document processes and logic behind automation.
Skills:
β’ Advanced proficiency in Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and VBA.
β’ Ability to write SQL Queries
β’ Ability to consume and analyze large sets of data Understanding of Supply Chain Planning is a plus Excellent Analytical and Problem Solving Skills Strong Communication skills and should be able to collaborate with multiple teams Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting models
