No C2C Candidates Looking for a Data Analyst, who will be working closely with Radio Access Network (RAN) engineering groups. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a solid foundation in data analysis tools and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities: • Generate reporting and perform analysis for F1U, PBit0, PBit5, and Loss of Diversity. • Track and report on key metrics, project directives, and preventative maintenance tasks. • Troubleshoot hardware and performance issues, independently or in coordination with other teams. • Support purchase order (PO) creation and management. • Assist engineers with issue reporting and technical documentation (e.g., Kirke MOP reviews). • Manage GRE ticket creation and resolution support. • Provide RMA and inventory tracking support. • Analyze break/fix trends and generate insights for proactive problem-solving. • Collaborate with Engineering and Field teams to resolve customer-impacting issues. Must-Have Skills: • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Solid technical and analytical problem-solving ability. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets/Docs. • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities without letting details slip. • Independent self-starter with strong collaboration and team-working abilities.
