Weβre looking for a collaborative Data Analyst to enhance our social media monitoring, develop intuitive dashboards and data tools, and contribute to inclusive consumer insights. This role offers a supportive environment to grow your analytical skills while making a positive impact on millions of people.
What will you be doing?
β’ Managing and supporting our social media listening tool to capture and interpret consumer posts, reviews and comments
β’ Analysing data from multiple consumer sources to identify key themes, risks and early warning signals
β’ Designing and maintaining Tableau dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights to colleagues
β’ Preparing, transforming and combining datasets using Tableau, Python and SQL to support data-driven solutions
β’ Engaging with teams across the FCA to understand their needs and deliver relevant consumer intelligence
β’ Sharing the work of the Consumer Intelligence & Analytics team and contributing ideas to improve how we use data and tools
