Position Title: ECCO Management Analyst 3 (7805)
Location: 1600 W. Monroe St. Phoenix, AZ 85007 (Hybrid β 10% onsite; as needed for orientation, team building, and special projects)
Contract Duration: 12 Months (Possible extension)
Shift: Monday β Friday

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented ECCO Management Analyst 3 (CMA3) to support vendor partner operations in optimizing compliance initiatives, with a focus on remote sellers. This role is responsible for managing lead data, overseeing compliance campaigns, validating data quality, and collaborating closely with vendors to ensure effective outreach and voluntary compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate directly with vendors to optimize analytical solutions and data outputs.
Conduct in-depth data validation and quality assurance of vendor-provided leads.
Manage and track lead lists through multiple workstreams for timely processing.
Support implementation of targeted compliance campaigns for remote sellers.
Identify new campaign opportunities in collaboration with vendors.
Recommend improvements to outreach letters for better taxpayer engagement.
Analyze campaign performance metrics to improve compliance rates.
Provide actionable insights into remote seller behavior and non-compliance patterns.
Ensure data integrity by validating, cleaning, and integrating datasets.
Act as primary liaison between internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.
Identify and recommend process improvements in compliance efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of management analysis experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in data validation, management, and workflow tracking.
Knowledge of vendor coordination and oversight.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
3-5 years experience in management/data analyst roles (vendor management or compliance focus preferred).
1+ year experience in tax-related services and administration.
Experience with continuous improvement/LEAN methodologies.
Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
Knowledge of compliance regulations related to remote sellers or e-commerce.
