Data Science Analyst (IVR/Chatbot) Charlotte, NC (Onsite) 7+ months Contract with potential to extend Project Details: • Looking for a true Analyst not a Data Scientist or Engineer - someone who has analyzed the data coming in from IVR and Chatbots to improve customer experience and make recommendations on where improvements can be made. Must Have Skills: • Experience supporting projects/analyzing data related to an IVR or Chatbot. • Experience with Power BI and Tableau for data visualization. • Proven experience tracking data sources, pulling relevant data needed, and building dashboards/reports to tell the story of the data captured. • Experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and/or statistical software. • SQL experience as well as Python Programming Language (Pandas). • Strong analytical and organizational skills are also essential. Nice to Have: • Telecom Industry Experience or previous Charter experience Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Performs data collection, analysis, validation, and reporting. • Designs, tests, and documents processes, SQL queries, and stored procedures. • Extracts and analyzes data from various sources, including databases, manual files, and external websites. • Responds to data inquiries from various groups within an organization. • Creates and publishes regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports. • Documents reporting requirements and processes, and validates data components as required
