Role description
Work Authorization
• Only W2 candidates will be considered.
• This is a contract-to-hire role; therefore, we are unable to work with candidates holding student visas, H-1B visas, or those requiring third-party or C2C arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
• Write and execute moderately complex SQL queries to support business needs
• Provide quick-turn data support to stakeholders in Accounting and Supply Chain
• Partner with business teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in data reporting
• Develop, maintain, and enhance SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) reports to support operational and financial reporting needs
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in data reporting across Power BI and SSRS outputs
• Manage multiple priorities while staying organized and meeting deadlines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a relationship-driven, customer-focused environment
Required Qualifications
• Strong experience in data analysis, including identifying trends and anomalies
• Hands-on experience with SQL (moderate complexity)
• Experience developing and maintaining SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) reports
• Experience supporting Accounting/Finance or Supply Chain (Distribution, Transportation, etc.)
• Proficiency in Power BI
• Experience working with Accounting/Finance data, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR), is required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in ambiguous environments
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Experience working in fast-paced, less structured environments
